Porcini Mushrooms (Frozen)


Awarded as an ingredient in various food. It is a mushroom highly regarded in many cuisines, usually prepared and eaten in soups, pasta or risotto.

Porcini mushrooms are low in fat, carbohydrates and rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and fibers.

Available fresh in autumn in Central, Southern and Northern Europe; they are usually dried, packaged and distributed worldwide. They are used in cooking as the flavor is kept after drying.

They also produce a variety of organic compounds with a wide range of biological activity, including ergosterol, sucrose, antiviral compounds and antioxidants which give resistance to the body.
